TENSION ACTUATED STRUCTURE

Side table. Tension actuated structure with interlocking sleeve connectors, carbon fibre and aluminium. Produced for the U-JOINTS exhibition curated by Anniina Koivu and Andrea Caputo during Salone Del Mobile in Milan, 2018. Carbon fibre cross-weave laminate counter, pultruded cross fibre CF composite profiles. UD fibre 8mm solid profiles.  Interlocking connectors out of anodized aluminium are inserted into leg profiles.
